Photoshop: Zoom messes up document view (redraw issue)

Whenever I zoom in and out, what's seen in the pictures happen. It's like Photoshop tries to display several of the layers of zoom at the same time.

I'm running mac OS Sierra on late 2013 Macbook Pro with Retina and the newest version of Photoshop.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help > System Info... and copy/paste the text in a reply.

After than, try going to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" and restart Photoshop. Does the problem go away?
