Elements: Can't get through to support

It has been over 90 minutes on hold waiting for alleged Tech support for PS Elements 2018. On Adobe Tech support voice menu, Elements Consumer Products are segregated from CC customers for phony tech support.  Adobe are simply greedy and indifferent to Elements customers.

It's the Support tele number listed under the Support section on Adobe.com. I'm not logged in right now. But, IT WAS THE CORRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER. It the has a voice menu system which includes a special number for Elements products tech issues. What is really dishonest is the recorded statement which says your wait time is "OVER 1 minute." Where have you ever heard wait times as "Over x minutes" ? Is it 90 minutes, 2 weeks, a year. All that is "Over 1 minute." Very cynical and dishonest. After 90 minutes on hold I hung up. Disgrace. Adobe doesn't care about supporting its relatively inexpensive Consumer (Elements) products.
