Adobe's pathetic phone customer service

Why doesn't anyone answer the phone when you call customer service. I have been quoted a wait time of 24 to 34 minutes and I waited over 2 hours and then my battery dies. this was my third attempt to get through. I have wasted over 6 hours on the phone on hold and I won't do it anymore. the first time I got through after waiting an hour and 15 minutes, only to the rep I was on the phone with ask for my number in case we were disconnected and then never call me back when we were disconnected. the next time I called and waited over 2 hours and just couldn't wait anymore. I have a life people and you are keeping me from it. I can't do my work. I tried going back to CS4 and I was spoiled by the trial. I just paid over $400 to upgrade your software and I am traveling and I don't have my previous serial number for CS4 with me also I moved before I left town and I have no idea where the box is so I need your help... or I need my money back... it's up to you. You can' t have my money if I can't use the software, and frankly these hoops you make people jump through is assinine... Please call me, cause I am done calling you. I will dispute the charge on my card if this not resolved tomorrow. 602.430.0614

They want you to use their online chatting service, using that is a fairly quick turn around.
