Hi guys,
I've just bought the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard Student version, and I'm trying to follow the instructions on verifying I'm a student, but the webpage www.adobe.com/go/eduverify_ap doesn't appear to be working. Infact, most of the adobe website doesn't work. Any suggestions on how I can get past this? Someone I can email or something?
Thanks

Most likely you had some sort of local problem with the network, especially since you couldn't even connect to the www.adobe.com server.

Try again. If you still can't reach the server, you may need to check your system's network settings, or talk to someone about your upstream network connection.

Alright, I'll try it on a different computer. It's just unusual as all the other websites I was accessing were working except everything on the adobe website. Thanks!

Hello, I came across to exactly the same problem, bought the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & web Standard Student version, and I'm as well follow the instructions on verifying I'm a student, and as a result - the webpage www.adobe.com/go/eduverify_ap doesn't work.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection and there is nobody to get help from.
If you had this PROBLEM sorted, please be kind and help me out,

Thank you

I purchased Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended and have followed all the links plus other and I am unable to get any result, this was a xmas present, not good enough, it would be so much easier to buy a disk and put it on your computer than trying to download, great way to make money, people buy then there isn't any back to.

What link are you going to? According to your case notes, you have your redemption code (which are in your case notes) and you just need to redeem it here: https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/get...

Just tried again and it won't let me use my serial number. I was advised to uninstall the program when my system board died. I cannot afford to buy another program, I just want to install the one I paid for!!!! Does anyone out there in Adobe land really care?

No reply from Adobe so I guess, I'm right ... Adobe just wants our money and really doesn't care about our problems.

Sorry, you replied to an old thread that was marked "solved" and your issue is very different than this thread you are commenting on.

Are you using the original install disks you have? Or are you using a downloaded installer from Adobe.com?

I see you have a registered version of Creative Suite Design Standard (CS6) for windows under your Adobe ID account. The language for your product is "Asia Pacific English."

If you're trying to either install on a Mac, or use a language version other that "Asia Pacific English" your serial # won't work.
