Hello, Text in Photoshop is vector since Photoshop 5.0 (way before CS5)
In what format are you saving the image? save as PDF will retain its vector abilities.

You can even convert the text to vector outlines.

Can you tell us more about the specific problem you are facing?

Howdy Hong,

Pierre-Etienne is completely correct; text in Photoshop is vector. You can convert it to rasterize, but that's the not the default behavior.

I would be more than happy to help you through whatever problem you're having. Please feel free to contact me via this thread.

Thanks,
David
