You have the WORST customer service I've EVER encountered!! I purchased Photoshop Elements 10, but I can't run it because I'm asked for a serial number. WHERE IN THE NAME OF HOLY &%%$# IS THIS NUMBER!!! I tried your so-called chat but your representative hung up on me twice!!! I ASSURE YOU, THIS PIECE OF TRASH WILL BE RETURNED IN THE MORNING AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY ADOBE GARBAGE AGAIN!!!!!

Did you purchase it online (as a download), or in a box?

A box, from the local Best Buy. I just spent more than two hours with Adobe chat. They FINALLY gave me a serial number...and it doesn't work! Now I'm told I have to wait until tomorrow, Monday, and call their technical help line.

This is a mess...and I paid for this. Honestly, this is the VERY LAST purchase I'll make from Adobe.

Customer support are the ones who help you with serial numbers and installation, not technical support.

If you have the box, as far as I know the serial number should be on a piece of paper or on the CD/DVD sleeve.

I have a "serial number" on my store receipt. That doesn't work. Chat gave me another; that doesn't work, either.

It is utterly beyond me why I have to go through all this. I PAID for this product...but it's going back to the store tomorrow!

This is ABSOLUTELY the last purchase I will make from Adobe. You have LOTS of competition!

You might have a redemption number on a card - which would get you a serial number. But a store receipt would never have an actual serial number...

Your rep called it a "redumption number." It was on the case, supposedly. I gave your rep that and received a "serial number" that didn't work.

And to think I paid for this mess!

Im having the exact problem. Bought the program, and don't have a redemption or serial code and ZERO help from CSR. Have submitted receipt, no response. Would just like to use the product.

I have the same problem. The redemption number on the redemption number card only gets me an onscreen message that this number does not exist on their data base. I cannot find anyone at Adobe's confusing and messy website who can help me and by this time, I'm really disgusted with a Photoshop product which I paid good money for and cannot use.

You need to call Adobe Customer Support, and figure out if you didn't enter the redemption number correctly, or somehow bought fake software.
