Work locally with Lightroom CC

Since 100GB is only enough for the casual/mobile photographer (not belittling casual or mobile photographers at all), I can't make this my tool of choice for RAW organization or processing. I'll fill up 100 GB in about three months.

The price of extra storage is obscene through Adobe, especially considering that I get 5TB of OneDrive space with an Office 365 subscription for $10/month - and I get the entire office-suite included!

I would like to see Lightroom CC offer the chance to do one of several things:

1. Make it able to work off local/attached storage devices
2. Allow Lightroom CC to connect to other cloud-based services (OneDrive, DropBox, etc.)
3. Drop the price of cloud storage or give a minimum of 1TB of storage for free. I still won't be able to make it an organizational tool (but that isn't the goal of this edition of Lightroom anyway), but at least I'll be able to make use of it as something other than a toy.

I thought it was 20GB in the Photography Plan with Photoshop and 1TB just for Lightroom CC? What package do you get 100GB?
