Windows Explorer crashes while viewing property of JPG files generated by Lightroom 4

Hello,
I export files from Lightroom 4 (same with 4.1) to JPG (quality 80%, various color spaces) and every time I try to view the properties of these files in Windows Explorer, it crashes. I don't have this problem with any other JPG files.
However, I can open these JPGs properly using various programs.

The error seems to come from PhotoMetadataHandler.dll, version : 6.1.7600.16385
My environment is Windows 7 32 bits SP1.

Can you help? Thank you

Try here: http://support.microsoft.com/search/d...

This is almost certainly a problem with the OS.

I could not find any useful support on MS web site.
I copied the file to my laptop (W7 64 bits) and I can access properties with no problem.

I made some extra tests on my home PC (W7 32 bits) and I realized that the issue is only for files with GPS coordinates generated by LR4. They seem to have a different format and the exif version (0230) is different from the JPG files generated by my camera. With Photoshop Elements 9, when I open a JPG file generated by LR4, I cannot read the GPS coordinates. Therefore I think that there is an issue with the export from LR4.
