Since upgrading to Windows 10, I cannot open and edit RAW files in lightroom. Tested on 2 different computers both on same OS but different graphics cards (although both AMD). Consequently, I cannot edit images. As a professional photographer this is a problem! No error message, lightroom just beach balls and says 'Not responding'. Occasionally I can import but cannot move between library and develop. Please help.

Also tried opening RAW in Photoshop CC and the same happens. I can edit the RAW file, but as soon as I hit the open button Photoshop crashes.

In LR, try unchecking the option Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor.

Unfortunately it crashes before it even gets to that point! I've tried a couple of times.

Try manually disabling the graphics processor: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...
