I am running windows 10 with the latest version of CC. It takes multiple attempts to just open a document in photoshop. I cannot scale layers, export files or even merge files. Photoshop only does half of the functions I need and I am at my wits end as what to do. I need to adjust images and I can't do anything. Please someone I need help.

I just tried to save and I cannot save as. This is getting to the ultimate frunstration level. All my other CC products work - Indesign, Illustrator and Dreamweaver.

I am not sure, but could this be a hardware issue? I have the same setup on my laptop - Windows 10 and most recent CC and everything runs with no issues... My desktop is newer with the 4th gen it core and 16gb or memory. Should have no issues running and handling Photoshop.

Other users are not seeing this much trouble with Windows 10.

Make sure you have the latest version of Photoshop and all updates installed (2015.1.1).
Make sure your third party plugins and extension panels are all up to date (many needed updates for Win 10).
You could try launching without third party plugins by holding down the shift key when you launch Photoshop.

Also check for updates to all your utility software (antivirus, font managers, firewall, auto backup, etc.).

And make sure you have updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website (not Microsoft or a system builder).
