I am unimpressed - no where can I find an email address to ask about the product PSE 9 and what it can and can't do before I buy it!
I have tried three times to get someone to respond to help me and am on the verge of seriously thinking about looking at some other brand software where they will have the time to communicate with me - free of some form of fee! I am a pensioner and cannot afford these extra unnecessary fees for a simple request for pre-purchasing information.
I would appreciate a response immediately - it has been weeks!
Here is my email myhobbies @optusnet.com.au I would really appreciate if I can communicate by email with a real person! Surely that is not too difficult is it????
regards
Frank

For information on what Photoshop Elements can do, check out: http://www.adobe.com/products/photosh...

In general, you can get information on any Adobe product simply by going to www.adobe.com and searching on the product name. Furthermore, nearly all applications can be downloaded and used on a trial-basis for 30 days for free. Naturally, your service provider’s connection and data rates do still apply.

You can also look at the user guide prior to purchase or download of the trial:

Using Elements Editor:

Using Elements Organizer:

Of course, you can ask any questions you have right here on this feedback site and we'll be happy to assist you. Please make titles a meaningful question in order to attract the best answers. Vague titles like "will you please contact me i want to buy your software but need to know some things first" doesn't really tell us specifically what you want to know.
