I need to purchase a new computer to run Photoshop CS6. The system I am looking at is an HP 110-017cb computer with a Intel HD Graphics 2500 graphics card. Will this work okay?

That GPU is pretty underpowered. It will work for basic Photoshop use, but I don't believe it will work for 3D or OpenCL.

It's not officially supported: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/p...

You can download a trial here and see if it works well enough for you: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-...

As Chris notes, you will need at least 512MB of dedicated VRAM to run 3D and many other GPU enabled features: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/po...
