That would be awesome. The export should included all folder structures. A clear/possible exit strategy is a buy or nobuy for me. No one likes to me stucked in a system, even it is great like CC

I support this. 
I was looking at this over on the Lightroom Classic forum, and there seemed to be pushback from those saying it goes against adobe's cloud storage. but that's not the reason I use Google Photos! 

Google photos is great for viewing and sharing my photos! I have a google home hub which is linked to certain albums, and I share my holiday photos to my Smart TV to show my family. and on my phone. 
I manage my own high res DNG files, but I am constantly exporting to JPG solely to upload to google photos.
