Photoshop: Why does resizing a logo smaller makes it pixelated when put into InDesign document?

I am creating a flyer and I need to put our text logo in one corner, but it keep showing pixelated.

InDesign shows a low resolution preview which makes it look pixelated. It should be linking to a source file that has the resolution you created. Unless you made a low res logo. Display quality is a setting in InDesign that you can change for the quality to display the logo.
