Why is there TWO different forums for getting help with Lightroom?

does anyone else find it confusing that there are two different places to look for advice on using Lightroom:

http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...
and
http://forums.adobe.com/community/lig...

I'm sure there is lots of duplicated content, and I never know which one to go to!

Why can't Adobe just streamline it all into one place?!

One is user-to-user, one is user-to-Adobe.

The forums are for discussions. The feedback site is for feature suggestions, and some bug reports.

Then why do so many threads here have absolutely no response or input from Adobe representatives and are nothing more than U2U v2?

If this venue is for "feedback" ... I would think it would be VERY beneficial to know that the information shared here is actually of importance to Adobe ...

Both are actually about serving users, so why not combine them? (It doesn't actually matter where the solution comes from)

Sad to say, I can almost guarantee that if you answer my queries Lee Jay, it won't be either helpful of customer-oriented.

The user forums are company wide, and good for discussions but have no way to track votes or support on feature requests.

This site is just for the Photoshop family of products, and was intended for feature requests (because it stinks for discussions).
