Why is the "Replace Files" dialog different between SaveForWeb in Photoshop and Illustrator?

So, here's another difference between Photoshop and Illustrator that just hit me as dumb:

The "Replace Files" dialog when saving does not react the same. In Photoshop, I can get through this solely with the keyboard. The "Replace" option is already highlighted, and a few quick presses of the "Enter" key gets me through a save quick and easy.

In Illustrator, "Cancel" is the default option and neither a "Tab" or a "Arrow" move the selection to "Replace". This dialog box requires a mouse click on the "Replace" button.

If more specifics are needed, I see this problem when I am using the "Save For Web" in both programs. Currently, I am on a Mac OS X 10.7.5 using CS6. Can I look forward to a fix where both of these dialogs work the same?
