I select a 4x 6 borderless individual print and I see in print preview that it looks great and when it prints there is an inch of white photo paper on one side. How is this happening and what settings do I need to adjust? Thanks

Photoshop defaults to printing in the center of the printable area defined by the printer driver. But for many printers, that area is not centered on the actual paper.

You can check the printer driver settings for other options -- but applications can only print where the driver lets them, and only know the printable area the driver tells them about.
