Why I would not buy Adobe Products again (lack of Elements support)

Here is an idea. I purchased adobe PS elements 11 for approx 75 dollars. When editing preferences it gets hung up loading. I have posted a detailed account of this on this site and 3 other tech suport sites including the Adobe forum and read all FAQs ad nauseum. No one has supplied a solution and Adobe tells me that despite paying 75 dollars for a piece of software that won't work correclty they want another 39 dollars US to attempt a solution. Nice business practices eh? Just search this very site to see how many folks are having trouble to get a sense of this piece of software. I do not begrudge this fact as software and systems often clash. I do resent Adobe's apparent lack of accountabilty and committment to paying customers. Based on my experience with this piece of software I would recommend choosing your next purchase more on the company's willingness to satisfy basic customer needs without charging them half the cost of the software than on the advertised attributes of said software.
