Photoshop: Provide context sensitive help

I'm an occasional Photoshop user. There are many times when I'm in the middle of using a tool and I need help. When I hit PF1, the Help system pops up; however, it makes me key in data to find the help info I want. That takes lots of time and in most cases luck.

When I'm using a tool, Photoshop knows where I am. If I ask for help, more than likely it is for what I'm working on. It wouldn't take much for a tool function upon entry to prime global variables with keywords so that if PF1 is hit, the Help system can look in those global variables for keywords to look up the current tool's help text.

This change to Photoshop is simple and straight forward to implement. In addition, it can be rolled out piecemeal. These changes would make Photoshop much easier to use.

Good idea, but it might be tricky: you might be using the brush tool on a mask. Should the help show you the brush tool, or masking?
