My fujifilm S1 was covered in 2014 cc version. Will it be supported in the 2015 version eventually or was it dropped? If supported eventually, is there any way to go back to cc2014 while waiting for support? ( camera raw not DNG )

I attempted to perform an update as my D750 camera is on the list of compatible cameras yet Adobe is not recognising my RAW files; however, I have received the following error messages in initialising the update:-

'Adobe InDesign CS6 (8.1.0) update
There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I200

Photoshop Camera Raw 9.1(CS6)
There was an error installing this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U44M1I200'

Your support in achieving a positive solution is gratefully appreciated. I have a deadline with a project which is being impacted by this issue.

Thanks in advance!

Try downloading and manually reinstalling the Adobe Application Manager from here:
http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-...

And you can try updating InDesign and ACR from here:

I understand that the Canon EOS 1D mark IIN is supported in LightRoom 4.1 but not in 5.5
I want to move to LR from Apple's Aperture. Can Adobe provide an older version? I checked to make sure Adobe supported my camera from the web site but, now it won't work. OH well, so much for the pre-check
I'd prefer if Adobe would update the 5.5 version to work with my camera...let's do this Adobe
Thanks Chris

Lightroom 5.7 does not recognize photos for import off my Nikon D5100. I'm using Windows 10.

It pulls the pictures up for import straight off the SD card but not through the camera.

Thanks

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Camera Raw/Lightroom: Phase One IQ280 IIQ S (compressed raw file) are not support....

Hi,

When trying to import the raw files from the CF Card or as a watched folder either as .TIF or .IIQ Lightroom do not recognize the raw files as supported.

I'm using Phase One IQ280 digital back.

Phase One IQ Backs has two file formats:
IIQ L - Large Uncompressed - Lightroom supports it
IIQ S - Small Compressed - Not Currently supported as fat as I have tried.

When I'm outdoors I will be shooting IIQ L (uncompressed) as it has better Dynamic range but the files size are 80MB each. I use this file type as I will be pushing the raw files to their limit in many cases and I need the best dynamic range I can get.

when I'm in the studio I will be shooting IIQ S (compressed) raw files as I can control the lights and the dynamic range is not a priority. this way I can benefit from smaller file size of 50MB per file and unnoticeable reduction in quality.

I have checked with Phase one and they confirmed I need to speak to you, so here I am hoping for a solution and I'm sure I'm not the only one using Phase one IQ digital back with Lightroom and not with Capture one...

If you need the RAW files for testing or the file specification for the IIQ S files let me know I will be more then happy to help.

I have the latest Camera Raw 9.1.1 & Lightroom CC 2015.1.1

Thank you
Assaf

Can I get some kind of a status update for this issue?

1. Are you aware of the issue and what is your position on it?
2. Do you need anything from phase one to resolve it?
3. Is it to do with politics between Capture One and Lightroom that it wasn't resolved until today (those raw file types are already 2 years old)?

What S120 profile are you asking about?

Ever since the camera was first supported there has been a built-in lens profile and several camera profiles:

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled .CR2 files from Canon EOS 8000D not recognized by Lightroom on import.

When using a Canon EOS8000D, I get an error when importing my RAW files in Lightroom 5.7.1, the latest version at the time of writing.

This is the specific error:

The files are not recognized by the raw format support in Lightroom. (240)
/Users/johanronsse/Desktop/test/IMG_3011.CR2
/Users/johanronsse/Desktop/test/IMG_3014.CR2

I found that this camera is called Canon EOS 760D or EOS Rebel T6s outside Japan. This is a fairly new camera from February 2015. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canon_E... .

I can see previews in finder, although they are blurry (probably the preview JPGs). I can't see previews in Lightroom itself.

Anyone can offer some help? I'd really like to edit my pictures.

I have used a Nikon D80 for the past 8 years. I recently replaced it with a Nikon D750. I have Elements 11, and I am unable to upload RAW (NEF) files. If I record both RAW and JPEG files, I can upload the JPEGS. While attempting to upload the RAW files, the images show on the screen, but I get a message that none of the files could be uploaded because the format is not recognized. I updated Elements 11, but that did not change the results.

Hi Amy, what camera model are you using? If the camera is really new, you may need to use the free DNG converter.

Just for clarity - if it's a REALLY new camera, the DNG converter won't necessarily recognise it either.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Nikon D5 Support.

Good Morning,

Gautam Bahl, Product Support Consultant|Photography suggested I pose my question to this forum. Please see below.

As a working photographer and investigator, I would like to know what the anticipated date of Adobe's support to the new Nikon D5 camera would happen. When the Nikon D4s camera rolled out, it took Adobe about 2 months to update CS6 to support the D4s.

Does anyone have a idea how long Adobe will take this time to support the D5?

Thanks in advance

Subject: Nikon D5 Support

Good Morning,

With the anticipated release of Nikon's new D5 camera, what is the anticipated date that Adobe will update Photoshop CC and Lightroom CC to accommodate Nikon’s new D5 camera?

The reason I'm asking is that after Nikon released their D4s camera, it took about 2 months for Adobe update CS6 to recognize the D4s files and I had to use my old D3s camera. It caught me by surprise. I'm a working photographer and I need to anticipate my workload or slowdown.

Please advise..

Support for new cameras is rarely if ever announced in advance. Considering it isn't even available yet, except to pre-order..., BH is quoting March as delivery.
