Why did my Elements 12 (which I purchased) suddenly turn into a 30-day trial version?

It worked fine yesterday. Suddenly it turned into a "trial" version. It says that I have only 30-days to use this product. I PURCHASED THIS MONTHS AGO. I have tried, but cannot succeed, in contacting Customer Services about this problem. Now I only have 29 more days to use a product that I purchased and paid for (and still have the disks for).

I posted this question to their Facebook page. I had to post it 3 or 4 times. In the end I was saying some very nasty things about Photoshop Elements and how lousy their service was. But finally, someone from Photoshop Elements got in touch with me and he was very nice and walked me through it. You will have to have your registration number. That is what has gone wrong -- somehow your registered version became unregistered. But to fix it, you have to have a nice rep from Photoshop Elements get in touch with you.
