Photoshop CS6: permissions problems on Win7

Unless I turn off UAC (Windows 7 64 bit) CS6 will not run or start. No response. If I turn off UAC, program runs ok. Checked ownership, permissions for all folders in ProgramFiles(x86)>Adobe related to CS6. Changed a few, but no difference. Called Adobe help desk (within 90 days of install). Three calls, a few changes but no success. I was advised to call my computer/OS provider! CS6 only program that can't live with UAC- that includes LR4, PSE10, Prem Elem10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. To me it sounds like an Adobe problem. But since there are few such problems reported to the help desk at Adobe for this new product, they have turned their backs on me and my not so small investment.

Sounds like you've got a permissions error on your disk that you need to fix.

Most likely the problem is in your user directory or with the system TEMP folder.
