Why Can't I Find "curve" or "level" function on PS Express?

I have some photos which are overexposured, just want to use the iPhone APP PS Express to adjust them. But I cannot find the function I need. Pls tell me Why Can't I Find "curve" or "level" function on PS Express? It's a very important function when I use Photoshop! Or Maybe it does have, just I did not find the right way to use it? Thx a lot!!

Maybe you are looking for the app photoshop touch? I'm not sure if those specific tools are in there like in Photoshop or not.

Photoshop express has sliders for shadows, highlights, and exposure that might help with your exposure if you want to use it.

Thanks for Pattie's reply firstly! I've found Photoshop touch, however, it's a paid APP. BTW, I still can't find the sliders for shadows and exposure. Haha, how stupid I am! XDD May I ask for Patties reply! Thx at first!
