Why can't customers download paid older versions, so we can re-install them or repair them?

Why has Adobe changed all links to previous version of Photoshop Elements AND Premiere 7 to auto-redirect to the latest TRIAL version?
Not allowing CUSTOMERS to download their programme to be able to re-install it? Why 'force' them to buy new version when it is simply used in older computers? Logged in or not.

Hi MDV,

There's no conspiracy to 'force' users to 'pay twice'

Users who buy boxed product are responsible for keeping track of their installation disks and registering their serial numbers.

Users that have purchased download versions of our products from Adobe.com, they are available for download from their Adobe ID accounts:

If you need an installer for an older version, you can grab an installer here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/other-...
