Photoshop: Why don't I have any pen-pressure?

The first time I opened it after install completely, it had a little pen-pressure. However, the second time I open it, the pressure gone. I tried to change the “control” setting in “brush/Shape Dynamic" into "pen pressure", it still not work.
In addition, there used to an "exclamation point" in front of the "control" setting. So I re-install my Wacom driver and turn on the "Windows Ink", but it still not work.
The last thing I tried that someone told me to create txt. file and type "# Use WinTab
UseSystemStylus 0"in it. Then, save it as "PSUserConfig.txt" in "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 Settings". Therefore, the ""exclamation point" has gone, but still NO PEN-PRESSURE!
I'm so frustrated. I also have Painter X3 and Photoshop CS6 in my PC. They both work well. Only Photoshop Cc 2014 DOES NOT HAVE ANY PEN-PRESSURE.
Please please someone who can help me to fix it!
THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!

That's a typical tablet driver problem.
What kind of tablet are you using?
What OS version are you using?
And have you checked for updated drivers?

Ok, so it should be working fine with the Ink settings enabled.
If it is not, you need to contact Wacom and work with them to figure out why the driver is not working correctly.

What OS version are you using? What brand tablet? Have you checked the settings in the tablet driver?

Check with your tablet maker for driver updates.
And see if there are driver settings that might need to be changed to work with Photoshop.

Thanks for the reply. I installed latest driver update and went thru settings but still nothing. I use Corel draw x7 and Corel Painter Essentials and pen pressure works fine. Just not Photoshop.

Then you need to contact the tablet maker and see if they know why their driver software is not working correctly.

Turn on the MS Ink setting in the Wacom driver.  If you continue to have problems with the Wacom driver - contact Wacom.

This has been driving me crazy all morning and I've read a lot of fixes. I uninstalled, reinstalled, etc, etc. Nothing worked.

But, I just went to my Wacom Tablet Properties/Calibrate. 'Use Windows Ink' was checked. So, I unchecked it, launched Photoshop and tried pressure. It did not work and the exclamation point was still there. But wait... Ok, so I went back to the Properties and "checked" 'Use Windows Ink to re-enable it. Went back to Photoshop and it worked. I have pressure.

As simple of a fix as it seems, unchecking it and rechecking it fixed it for me when nothing else that I did for 3 hours would work.

I also have same problem. Two days ago it was working fine. Now I have no pressure sensitivity at all in Photoshop. Why?

I have a Huion 610Pro. It has an applet that allows me to set the buttons' different functions and test the tablet for pressure sensitivity. It works. It does not in Photoshop cc2015.

Anybody have a clue why? Perhaps Adobe does. Adobe, respond! You have numerous requests for help. It's about time you said SOMETHING!

You might want to read the topic again and notice that we have responded several times. And every time the problem boils down to something in the tablet driver or hardware.
