Elements 12: Why is PhotoMail not available?

I recently upgraded (?) from version 6 to 12. Now I find that I am very limited in choices in how to share photos. I used to use PhotoMail and loved it because the photos were automatically compressed into nice viewable sizes and the receiving party could not print from the email. I don't use Facebook or any of the other social media because they do not keep someone from printing or copying the photos. So apparently I'm supposed to use the Private Web Album which seems like an unnecessary step to take when PhotoMail worked so well. So far I'm very disappointed in version 12 and wished I had version 6 back! The video tutorials show an option for creating an email attachment but that is not an option in version 12 either!
I also found out that the proclaimed Adobe "great customer support" does not apply to Photoshop Elements! They offer neither chat or phone support for this product. So much for integrity.

I just got Photoshop Elements 13 - upgraded from 9 and was also very disappointed that Photomail is not longer available. That was the best part of Photoshop to share photos. Why on earth did they remove it?

I have since found it! Unfortunately it is no longer available in the "edit" screen but can be used from the "organizer". Why the dumb change? I have no idea!

In the organizer screen, click on "share" in the upper right corner.  You will find photomail as one of the options.  I can't explain why they removed it from the edit screen.

Thank you for replying. I want to go from PSE11 to newer version but I have to have Photomail. Maybe 12 was the last time that they put it in.

PhotoMail is not available as an option in Elements 13 - I don't think it is available in 12 either.   If you love that program, like I did, keep your old versions of Elements -

Photoshop 11 was the last version to include Photo Mail.  I loved it and have tried to contact Adobe over and over and asked them to put it back in the new version - I get no reply.   Smart move to keep the old version.

Photo Mail is available in Elements 12 but only in the organizer section.  Click on the "share" tab in the upper right and you will find it there.

I have upgraded from PSE 6 to PSE 14 because my new computer uses Windows 10,  how disappointing 14 is, I loved 6  and the photo mail option. Now I have to change my email address to accomodate PSE 14, and even then it is sent as an attachment, and not in the body of the email. BUT also I cannot find in my emails the "sent" photos.  Why does ADOBE make such changes, the only reason for upgrading is because the newer cameras use MP4 or AVCH videos which PSE 6  could not deal with. Not happy with newer versions of PSE.
