Photoshop CC 2014: Why is my tool box and fonts so small I can hardly see them?

since downloading photoshop CC2014 on to my pc everytime i open it all text, info, toll box and gernaly everything is tiny and i am unable to change the size of it.

Are you using a high resolution display?
If so, have you enabled the 200% UI Scaling in Photoshop's preferences?

Much simpler - Right Click on the Photoshop Program File Shortcut (Normally found here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Adobe...[the exact path will vary depending on your exact version) then click on Properties. Go to the Compatibility Tab. Select Change High DPI Settings. Click the High DPI Scaling Override and Change the option to System. That should now open the program correctly scaled.
