Photoshop CC 2015: Why am I unable to change the color of the background for documents with Artboards?

I just updated to 2015, I would like to change the color of the interface from white to black. The option that show when I right out of the art board. It gives me the option to change to black, dark gray, medium gray, default, or custom color.

Well, when I click on the color option, I tried all of them, it still didnt change the color on the interface.

I restarted the computer, I removed and added the CC2105, still doesnt fix the problem.

Artboards are optimized for documents in RGB color mode and using the Advanced setting for drawing mode using your graphics Processor.

Set Drawing Mode to Advanced:

If you don't have advanced settings, your card may not be powerful enough, or the driver may be out of date. Troubleshoot graphics card:
