Photoshop: Why is my 5"x3" document blurry? (Too low resolution)

I created my document and added text and logos and everything is coming up blurry.

What is the file size? How wide,how tall and the dpi?

It is 5" wide, 3" tall and I'm not sure on the DPI, how do I find that out?

Try going to the top menus and do:
Image -> Image Size

look at the "Resolution" field in the Image Size dialog.
If it is anything less than 150-300, you should change it to 300.

See if that fixes things.

Max, good call. It fixed the text but not the logos that I made smaller. How should I go about fixing that?

Once you have you document the correct size, you can bring the logos in and resize them. If the are vector logos, make sure you place them as smart objects to retain their clarity.
