Creative cloud is a nightmare I am long term designer and I HATE creative cloud. My programs are not stable at all. I even bought a brand new mac and still - its garbage

I am so pissed I am about to just downgrade all my stuff

I hate you adobe

I hate you SO MUCH

I wish there was ANY OTHER SUITE OF PROGRAMS AVAILABLE because I would never ever use your programs again. ALSO you suck. Did I mention that?
Cause you do.
And so does your software.

The whole creative cloud libraries thing is so buggy OMG I CANT EVEN WORK

I should sue you for loss of income

The top causes of crashes in our applications: failed attempts at piracy, third party plugin bugs, driver bugs (especially video card drivers), OS bugs.

We can't tell why you are crashing on your system because you didn't include the long, detailed crash report.

yeah well I don't have any of those issues this is a brand new MAC - so guess again

the crash is always caused while it tries to connect to the online system
(The dialog box states: waiting for online libraries) then it crashes

I even disabled Wifi and went direct for internet.... I get a 75 MB download speed, no reason for this issue.

I have no reason to operate online w/ these programs. I dont need online libraries.

I don't use typekit fonts.

When I sign out of creative cloud it crashes less.

Pretty sad.... I was happier on CS4 or CS6

Apparently it is an issue for many users on many forms with OS X El Capitan  --- the most recent upgrade to the MAC OS

No, there are not "problems across the board".  We monitor crash reports very closely - we know exactly why people are crashing, and we fix the problems that are within our power to fix. What is left are third party plugins, OS bugs, driver bugs, bad piracy attempts, bad disk drives, etc.

Again, we need to see the long, detailed crash report to know why your particular system is crashing.

And yes, MacOS 10.11 has quite a few issues that Apple is still working to solve.  But we document the problems we find for Apple, and have to wait for Apple to solve most of them (because the OS bugs cannot always be worked around).

You send us the log by sending it in when the Adobe crash report dialog comes up.
But to post a log here, you copy and paste the text into this forum.

Was there a resolution to this issue?  I have a user experiencing this issue as well.
