Elements 12 Editor won't open on my Mac OSX 10.9.5? A "quit unexpectedly" window appears.

The application worked fine before. There seems to be no way to uninstall so I can try reinstalling. I don't understand partitions and case sensitivity. Is there an easy fix? Help!

OK, so it is crashing.
What does the long, detailed crash report say?

No, the long, detailed crash report -- not just the dialog text.
We need to see the several pages of detailed crash report to know why your system is crashing.

It's a Mac. Typical window.

Photoshop Elements 12 quit unexpectedly.

Click reopen to open the application again. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

Click Report only gives me a box to report the problem.

Describing the crash dialog does not help. We need to see the long, detailed report.

thanks for your help. Figured out how to delete and reinstalled from the App store.
