Why does the redeye tool not work? I place it over a red eye and click, and a large dark blob appears somewhere else.

I purchased a subscription for the Photoshop CS6, and downloaded it via Creative Cloud. Now, it has disappeared from my computer. This happened after I got a BAD_CALLER_ blue screen. I am taking to Best Buy for cleanup and diagnosis.

After a blue screen, you may lose some recent data from the disk, because that data was never properly stored to the disk. Yes, you may nave to reinstall some things, and may be missing some of our recently edited files.
But the blue screen means an OS bug, low level driver fault, or defective hardware. The most common cause is out of date video card drivers (haven't updated to pick up bug fixes).
