Elements: Why do I lose my licensing every few months?

It's really annoying, every several month we have to do the licencingprocess on our lab (25 units)
why?

What OS/version are you running Elements on? Is it a 64-bit Windows OS?

Hmm. Are you IT people doing any sort of system restore/maintenance on these machines?

No the Macs are all freezed, no administrative tasks are made and the users don't have admin privileges.

The only reasons the product would require relicensing is if the licensing files are damaged or removed for some reason or the system has undergone a significant enough change that the license see the machine as a completely different computer. We are not able to remotely disable the licensing on a machine.

We can look into the backend and see if you computers are pinging our servers for some reason, might get some info from there.

thank you so much. What Informations do you need, so you can look into. In fact we are the 2nd and 3th_level for the mentioned school.
The only binaries we have working is casper solution, the mdm which every day updates flash, security updates from apple, and java. Nothing else.

Looking up the school, I did see a listing for Photoshop Elements 6. Is this the version you are talking about?
