From the best to the worst in a matter of days. Your Lightroom Classic CC is garbage. It has cost me a week's worth of work because of the stalls, freezes, and crashes. I have contacted your poor customer service, been put on hold for over 30 minutes at each time, and ended up with no resolve. Of course instead of addressing the issues Adobe pawns off customer service as going to the forums to ask questions about it. Funny because all the comments in the forums deal with the issues we all seem to be having. How about this, admit you have a GD bug in your LRCCC. Everything was fine for me up to 2 weeks ago. All my drivers are updated. It is not a graphics accelerator issue as Adobe likes to state. It is an Adobe issue. But it is cute to see your new banner on here and your website. So glad you have time to fix that. Oh and what are we paying for if everyone seems to have the same issues that Adobe will not fix? wonder how a class action suit against Adobe will go over. Will that get their technical issues fixed?
