What version of OS X? What are you doing when it crashes? What does the crash log say? Is Bridge up to date if you select Help>Updates...?

Yosemite. I can't remember exactly what I was doing while it crashed. I think I was importing photos into layers.
I did an update yesterday and I have not gone back to ps yet.

Ahh. So Photoshop quit. Do you have the OS X 10.10.1 update? That update fixes a lot of File I/O issues in Yosemite.

Have you submitted any Crash Reports along w/your email address?: http://adobe.ly/gNJWVY

Or you can dig up past crash logs from this location:
/Users//Library/Logs/Adobe/LogTransport/

You may need to use Method two in this document to access hidden user library files in OS X: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/gl...

Looks like part of it. I'll see if we can dig up the crash report by searching for your email address.

It might be quicker to search for the crash or user GUID (which he thankfully included).
