Bridge: How do I report bugs and request features for Bridge? (Transition to UserVoice)

Apparently Adobe thinks that the community needs yet another feedback site. Now they are adding UserVoice.

https://indesign.uservoice.com/

https://adobebridge.uservoice.com/

Does anyone in the community know about this? Are Adobe employees going to monitor and contribute to all three Adobe forum sites?

Why not have ONE feedback and support site instead?

It's known as watering down the complaints so that users don't see all of the garbage that is going on.

I see the new site has wiped all the suggestions and now it points to a forum where the newest post is two years old!

I visited that new Bridge site right after David Converse made this topic and that contained other sort of links. Now you are sent to Adobe Bridge Request forum, but 2 days ago you had about 474 requests on that new site. You could even vote for your favourite requests, but only first 3 got one vote. First one was about fixing ScriptUI. What was wierd they were dated 2 years back, so I wasn't sure that new site is really new or noone got to know of it during last years. Then I realised maybe creators of this place just collected all ideas from many years they found on other forums, however each of them got date and registered name of user that came with his idea. Looking deeper I found that from those over 400 requests only 6 got 'implemented' (there was other word used) status. So really not much :( I noticed that many the oldest requests are from 2011, so I figured out something is wrong with this site. It's either long time dead place or something new that is not sorted out yet.

It seems this sites became now regular Adobe forum, where newest topics are 7 years old:

They didn't redirect InDesign site to Adobe forums though. It's proably that site is very popular and poeple participate in its life, voting quite much. Still I think a cause that Bridge site wasn't so active was not because users were not interested to suggest some ideas or report bugs but because they noticed their many years attempts to make Bridge better application are ignored :(

Edit: so now that Adobe Bridge Feature Requests forums isn't 'read only' anymore? But you can't answer to already posted topics, so if I created new one that would be locked automatically too? Maybe mods missed something hopefully it will work for new requests (still if there is something what was posted earlier why to create new topic). Regarding Bridge bugs fourms now this one is only one. But I wouldn't say there's any guy looking at as Bridge engeeniers seem to be on never ending vacations :)

It is still read only for me, last message was in 2015.
Why should people expect that the Bridge team would look at another site when they never attend here?

2 weeks ago when I checked that forum there was (read only) next to label, and you couldn't create new content. Now that read only part is gone, you can create new topics however I'm not sure with chance to answer to them, as to old ones you still can't. And yes that is confusing, why to have two sites for the one thing, especially with no attention at this one :(

The Bridge UserVoice page was an experiment and should not have been made live. Sorry for the confusion.

Bridge is now officially using UserVoice. Please use their in-app feedback method or visit https://adobebridge.uservoice.com to report bugs and make feature requests for Bridge.

(Bridge is not managed by the Digital Imaging group)

They asked me to keep both forums open for while as they transition.

I'm not sure. You'd need to ask the Bridge team. Looks like it's still read only, and they're only informing people there about their features being implemented.

They tried to import them but UserVoices importer did not work as advertised. Looks like they bailed on it. Any of the issues that were acknowledged here are in their Jira system, so they won't go away if they turn off their product here.

I would find it too much of a nuisance to have to visit an additional forum so I am unlikely to make the time to look at User Voice.

Bridge is the program which I use more than any other app. (it is always active on my machines).
I use Br daily in conjunction with Ps and several other apps. so this is the forum which is most useful to me.

I just posted to User Voices / Bridge Feedback but honestly I'm totally fed up now following 5 relevant forums... ACR, Feedback, Bridge, Bridge Feedback, and now User Voices - this is mad!

It would REALLY help if Adobe had ONE set of forums that employees and customers all used. Diluting the effort isn't helping, and people are still going to post Bridge issues here (especially since a lot of things involve Photoshop too.)

I found my way back through the MAZE of links to here again! Yay!

@Jeffrey Tranberry - THANK YOU, If you are an Adobe employee, thank you for being just about the only Adobe employee that is helping and providing Some form of transparence. you seem to be about the only professional here.  I wish you luck working with this maze. We could really use your help fixing an OLD OLD bug if you wouldn't mind escalating it to the right programmer.

Scrolling is still broken.

thanks

Hello, Jeff. Since uservoice is now the correct place to file bugs/FRs, it would make sense to point this page : https://www.adobe.com/products/wishfo... there, and not here.
