Lightroom: Why do my Images look different in the library module after I have edited them in the develop module

The library previews are prebaked in the lossy 8-bit JPEGs in the AdobeRGB color space; whereas in the develop, the previews are rendered from raw in 16-bit ProPhotoRGB and color converted to the color space of your monitor displays. This is so that you get performance benefits not needing to always render the previews on the fly while you're in the library module.

You might see some differences in details and colors between the two, depending on the photos. For the most part, the difference is very minimal.
