Why do I get an update for Bridge?

When I go into Lightroom 6, Help->Updates, I get another application that does that, and it presents me (among others) an update for Bridge. I think I asked for *Lightroom updates*... Anyway.

But here's the thing: I don't have Bridge, as far as I'm aware. Why does it insist I install Bridge?

Bridge updates through the old Application Manager, or through the Creative Cloud application/utility.

Application Manager, that's the one. Apparently that got installed along with Lightroom 6, so it's not that old. But anyway, I don't ever recall installing Bridge, nor does it appear in my list of installed programs. So why do I get an update for it exactly?

You could have installed a version of Bridge with an older version of Photoshop.
And somehow the App Manager thinks that you do have Bridge installed.
