Hi,

I have the same problem with the 4 PCs in our photo club. We installed LR 6.0 and entered our license key without any problem. However, any attempt to update to LR 6.2 (or 6.2.1), whatever the method used to update (Adobe Application Manager, patches,...) results in LR immediately switching to LR CC 2015 trial. Moreover, if we use Adobe Application Manager to update, Adobe CC Desktop is installed although we don't need it.

We tried the method described in the above mentioned link. It doesn't work. We can re-enter our license key but as soon as we relaunch LR, it switches again to LR CC.

We have uninstalled LR, cleaned up the system using the cleanup utility provided by Adobe and then re-installed a fresh LR 6.0 but this didn't help. Any attempt to update version 6.0 to version 6.2 immediately re-activates the LR CC trial mode.

I'm aware of similar problems in other photo clubs in my country.

So we are unable to use our LR 6 license and the CC trial will soon expire. I could not obtain from Adobe an answer to this simple question :

When the trial expires, will Lightroom CC 2015 automatically switch to LR 6, provided we have already entered our license key multiple times?

Any information that could help solve this problem will be welcome.
