LR 4.1: White pixel gaps in Print Module

Just started to use the Print Module to create some collages and I've run into a fairly large problem. When creating custom layouts, no matter what I do, I have between 1 and 3 pixel gaps between most of the cells when printing to a jpeg. They only run horizontally and occur no matter whether I snap to cells, snap to the grid or snap to nothing and drag the cell to the edge. For some reason 5% of the cells work and the rest don't.

There's also what appears to be a one pixel overlap between the photos which is annoying, whether you snap to a cell or the grid.

This basically makes the Print Module useless to me and I would appreciate if this could be fixed. Snap should work perfectly and you should be able to zoom in to the pixel level to make sure problems like this aren't occurring. I'm running the latest Lightroom 4.1.
