Nope, fine here. Sync is working with WB across multiple images

Let me guess - your source image is set to "as shot" and you're trying to sync the temp and tint values that are set. Doing so syncs the "as shot" status, not the settings. Change the source image to "custom" and it'll work.

Thanks Stuart. Possibly my bad - it copies the general setting (eg. "Auto") but not the actual Temp and Tint numbers. I could swear in previous versions it synched the numbers, not the setting. Appears I have to alter the numbers to get the Custom setting shown then alter the number back to its original value.

Also, thanks Lee - just got your message saying exactly that. I'll change the status of this to Resolved.

I've just run into this problem in LR 2015.12. Got it to work as suggested first changing the white balance on source image, then selecting all the rest and sync settings. But isn't that kind of dumb and wrong behaviour? I mean, when I look at a photo in grid view and notice one photo has better white balance than others and select the photos and sync settings, wouldn't I be expecting the white balance to change in all the images to the exactly same white balance as in source image, instead of having all of them the "As Shot" flag as in source image?

I'm shooting events often where light varies and I like to keep white balance to auto to have almost perfect white balance in every image without thinking about it.
