Photoshop: White squares destroy whole project files

Dear Photoshop,

For about a few months now I got a huge bug on several project-files in my photoshop.
- From one moment to another (mainly when I use options like "duplicate layer" or "Gaussian blur") " the whole appearance of my document is being destroyed with row of white squares. After this point not a single smartobject or layer of this doc can be restored (no copying or saving into another document - the white squares keep staying)

- I've already send the project file it to a colleague and he's got the same problems with the project.
- We already tried to reset settings / GPU / deactivate artboard...

What could be this bug and how coudl I get rid of it? Also reinstalled photoshop again.
I'm registered in the cloud and have the newest version of photoshop.

Is there any kind of advice?
Thanks a lot dolls & guys

Howdy Georg,

I'm not certain, but it might be related to this bug and the same solution might help: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/black-or-white-squares-on-image.html

Please let me know if that helps.

Also, what OS are you running on and which version of Photoshop are you using?

Thanks,
David

Hi David,

Thanks for the reply and the link - I already know all these solutions, as there is a huge discussion on the web about these bugs - none of them helped :(

I'm using the newest Photoshop version 2015.0.1 (the adobe cloud) and
I'm running Yosemite 10.10.5 on a Mac Book Pro 13"

Thanks,
George
