First, on the  iPhone, be sure Night Shift is turned off.

if theat does not solve it, the next thing I would check is the color space. Lightroom can use three different color spaces: sRGB, Adobe RGB, and ProPhoto RGB. Make sure Lightroom on all your devices are set to use the same color space.

Hi,

it would help if you could give some more information or an example on how way off it is.

Are you talking about color temp values or how it's being rendered?
Is it the white balance that has changed or only the color temp?
Do they have the same profiles on desktop and device?

Also any information about what you export (file type, camera), which phone you are on as well as which client (version) you are using would be very helpful too.

Thanks,
Ignacio

Color Temp Values, both set to the same color temp but on the iPhone XS max its much warmer than on my MacBook pro shot with the Canon EOS R. night shift is off. Both seem to be set to Adobe color.

I would next check the same image on some other devices, such as another phone or computer, to see whether the color calibration of one of your displays is off (and which one is off).

That definitely sounds like a bug, then. There are a few Adobe support employees floating around here (like Ignicaio above). Hopefully one of them can help you. My troubleshooting approach is just to keep ruling things out, one after another, until I finally run out of ideas to test. Then I contact tech support. They are usually more helpful if I can list off the things I've already ruled out.

Try this : plug your iPhone on this Mac and lanch QTime in recording mode with your iPhone as the video source.
Tell us how how is your picture on the desktop display using Liggjtroom with your iPhone

Then you'll find out if the iPhone's screen is the probleme or not ..

I'm having some sort of an similar issue as well with the latest LR CC mobile IOS v4.1 and LR Desktop v2.1. White balance that were adjusted on my Ipad Pro differs from the desktop. When I touch the WB sliders on my Ipad Pro, the white balance jumps, presumably reverting to the correct one. It is as though the WB values in the LR CC mobile is not registering the correct WB, they seem to need much higher values than the desktop. Hence I will often over compensate them and only to realize that it's too warm during export or when viewing on the desktop.

It does seems like that mobile version is broken..lots of bugs with the v4.1 update. Adobe please fix this immediately, lots of hours have been placed on previous work edits that needs to be re-edited :(..

Do I understand it correctly that you only see this with RAW images?
Are these newly imported images or old ones?

Hi Matt Morgan,

Do you still face an issue if you edit on the original instead of Smart Preview on LR Mobile? It seems to work for me if i request for the original when making the edits on the IPad, would need to test this further. Would like to know if it's just my setup or its a LRCC IOS 4.1 issue with the smart preview not updating to the cloud correctly.
