Photoshop: Which versions have video editing?

I am not sure if I need the pro or extended versions of Photoshop CS"x"
to do video editing. I am not a professional, my video editing is only for home video taking.

Photoshop CS6 Extended, or Photoshop CC - for both platforms.

Thank you for the timely response. I got confused about this video editing feature because somewhere on the Adode site it was alluded to CS6 (non-extended) does video editing as well as CS5 extended.
But now you cleared it up by stating I do need CS6 Extended.

CS6 (non-extended) does have the video features. It was limited to Extended in CS5 and earlier.
