REVEL: Where's my Premium Subscription???

Hello, I initially had the problem with the Revel App for iPad and this was resolved. However I now realize that my Premium subscription is no longer active? How come?? If I am not mistaken I obtain your program through iTunes and updated it to the Premium version.

I have paid for my premium subscription renewal but my account has not been updated and is restricting my uploading, please contact me to fix asap

Looks like we did not receive your Apple receipt.  Can you please try the following in Revel on an iOS device


  • Select the left menu (drag right or select the three lines in upper left)

  • Tap on your name

  • Tap on “Get More Space”

  • Tap on “Restore Purchase”


That should fix the problem.  If it doesn’t let me know.

I had to updatemy iPad Revel to the latest for the said options to appear as they did not at first, then this solved my problem, thankyou.
