Why has the option to save an image as a JPEG file type been removed from photoshop?

I looked wherever I can to find the option but it now no longer exists.

How am I supposed to upload images to Deviant Art now? It only accepts images that are 80MB or lower.

Are you using Save or Save As? Or Save For Web?

If you are in the Save/Save As dialog, JPEG won't be an option in certain color modes or bit depths. (e.g. Indexed Color, or 32-bit)

Make sure your document is in a JPEG friendly format such as 8-bit, RGB.

Also, please note, Save for Web has moved.  It is now File > Export > Save for Web

Hope that helps,
