Elements: Where should I report a crash in Photoshop Elements 12?

I'm confused whether it should be reported in this Feedback site, or in the Adobe Community site (forums.adobe.com). The FAQ for this Feedback site says it is not an official support channel, but the name "Adobe Community" doesn't sound like the official support channel either.

Ultimately I posted to both the forums, but that is somewhat inefficient, and has not yet generated a solution.

Here is good, but the Elements team isn't always quick to respond.

Or if you are on MacOS, send in the crash report to Adobe from the crash report dialog.

If on Mac, please submit all Crash Reports through Crash Reporter so we can better resolve: http://adobe.ly/gNJWVY

Is there an equivalent of Crash Report for PSE12 for Windows?
A log file?
A debug mode?
Anything that might have some evidence as to why it crashes when I invoke slideshow?

Windows crash reports go to Microsoft, then we get them from Microsoft -- so it just takes longer.

I see no evidence that my crashes (first reported 3 months ago) get sent to Microsoft (or to anyone else).

Another Adobe page has this comment in 2012 from Adobe employee J Tranberry "If you’re on Windows, there isn’t an Adobe Crash Reporter application and crashes should be send to Microsoft when you are asked if you want to submit a report from Windows."

However I'm not given an option to submit anything. Just the message, "Elements 12 Organizer has stopped working. Windows will close the program", which it does.

If you crash on Windows, the reports get sent to Microsoft. On recent versions of Windows, it doesn't give you the option - it always sends in crash reports.

How many crashes does it take for a response from Adobe? Have submitted at least 75 in the last week.

Meg,
The crash reports that you submit reach the development team of Elements and those crashes are then investigated and fixed in coming versions or updates.
