Photoshop Elements: Where is the list of known bugs in PSE9?

I've found two things which look like bugs and I want to know if they are known to Adobe as bugs, if they need reporting (and how do I do that, since I just ended up here?) or if they're not bugs at all.

No user (on forums or real world) has been able to tell me how to make these features work properly, and no-one from Adobe has even tried to answer my questions so far. The problems are:

1. Prints produced by the PSE9 editor are never the exact size the print dialogue says they will be.

2. 'Click to grid' suddenly switches off in the middle of working on an image. When I look at its menu, it's still set to 'on'. Then sometimes it comes back, just as unexpectedly.

So, where is the list of known bugs in PSE9?

Known issues are documented in the Knowledge Base with 'Top Issues' and 'Recent Documents' being listed there. You can do a search there. If you don't find your issues there, this is the place to submit issues that aren't documented.

Thank you!

Any ideas about the problem itself?
