Howdy Sharif,

IF your hardware supports it, then it'll be to the right of the confirm/cancel controls when you have a text layer active. See the graphic.

That said, if your hardware isn't up-to-speed, the icon will not display at all -- check Edit > Preferences > Performance and look under Graphics Processor Settings if you're in doubt.

Hope that helps,
David

Do you have Photoshop CS6 Extended?
The 3D features are only available in Extended.

All of these attributes (Materials, Caps, Deform, etc...) can now be accessed in the Properties panel once you create a 3D Extrusion and have the 3D Object selected.

Repousse is now called extrusion in CS6. The dialog you see has been simplified and is now shown in the "Properties" panel when a 3D text layer is selected. More details in this tutorial:

Upgraded from CS5 to CS6 and all these features were suddenly not there any more... why should I suddenly have to pay extra for this?

If you had CS6 Extended, then the feature is still there as it was in CS5 Extended.

If you don't have Photoshop CS6 Extended, then you cannot use the 3D features in Photoshop. All the 3D features are available in Photoshop CC.
