Photoshop/Premiere Elements: Where are the DVD cover themes in Elements 10 shown in Adobe's website?

Adobe's website promo for the Premiere and Photoshop Elements 10 combo contains a blurb titled, "Do more with individual video frames." It shows beautiful pictures of a DVD case label and DVD disc label with a dolphin photo and really nice palm tree theme graphics. The narration says, "Wouldn't it be great to have a printed DVD cover, coordinated with your movie titles and menus?"

When I tried to make a label and cover for a DVD I had created in Premiere Elements 10, I found only one theme, "Basic," in the DVD cover and CD/DVD label functions of Photoshop Elements 10. The theme graphics shown in the website promo video are not installed in the current software. The screenshot in the website video does not even appear to be from Version 10 of Photoshop Elements. After searching Adobe's website and Google, I cannot find any way to coordinate the Premiere Elements 10 menu graphics with Photoshop Elements 10. I also cannot find any sources for themes other than "Basic."

Is the advertising inaccurate for the current version of the software, or am I just not doing it right?

I'm running PEPE 10 on a MacBook Pro with OSX Lion.
